Definitely! My daughter has the same and she was prescribed hydrocortisone cream and it’s magic lol I also have eczema and it’s laaaame lol. My daughters pediatrician recommended no perfume scented things in his clothes or on others, keep his body cool bc the heat may flare it up!

Looks like it to me! My son's skin looked the same all over as an infant, and he still has it on his back at 9 years old. Aveeno lotions work really well and the doctor may suggest a 1% hydrocortisone cream to use once a week.
