Helpppp.. 4th degree tear.
Sooo my beautiful baby girl arrived in the most dramatic way she could!😬 I’ve ended up having a 4th degree tear and if I’m honest I’m absolutely terrified!
We haven’t been allowed home yet as I can’t wee so I’m getting really frustrated and we just want to get settled.
Can anyone share any 4th degree tear stories? How did you heal? Any tips etc?
