I’m 17weeks pregnant and tmr im planing on going bowling but I’m not sure if that’s healthy because of my back pains. Have you been bowling while pregnant?

I had a meeting at the bowling alley, I sat out. I was told not to lift over a certain weight. I would talk to your ob they know what’s best for your baby. They know your pregnancy not us

I went bowling at 32 weeks pregnant , you’ll be fine. Just don’t over do it

You can do almost any activity. Just be aware of your body and how you are feeling. You may need to adjust your position as you are bowing as well. I went bowling at 33 weeks.

You can totally bowl but listen to your body. I'd you have to use lighter balls, do so. If you have to granny roll the ball, do it. Have fun!
