Yes while its an old wives tale that pineapple can help induce labor for full term moms you would have to eat several whole pineapples including the cores before you got enough of the enzyme that supposedly helps induce labor

Yes. We live in Southeast Asia and it’s a staple for those who can’t stomach a lot :) Pineapple and rice! Haha

I didnt, I read it could induce a miscarriage.  Whether it was an old wives tale or not,  I chose not to eat it.
