Contractions?

So I’ve been having Braxton Hicks for a few weeks. But today it has been more constant. Also crampy and tight in the lower area .. 35 weeks. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be looking out for???

Look out for incredible pain, other than that it’s pretty normal... just getting things moving. When you can’t talk during them is when you call the doc!

At this stage our contractions will start to be more often. As long as they are not consistent for an hour. Drink more water and relax as much as possible.

Download a timer. If they’re consistently the same amount of time between contractions usually around 3/4 minutes and they’re the same length about 50-70 seconds at a time and they’re taking your breath or even just feel “different” to you than normal tightening of BH then call L&D. They don’t mind seriously it’s their job and they will advise you what’s best and they have the most experience. Stay relaxed and hydrated in the mean time ❤️
