Std/ Uti test??

Today I went to doc for routine check up. Had concerns about a Uti and while I was at it decided to get std tested. I don’t have a weird smell, discharge or anything but they gave me std antibiotics before the results came in just in case?? I have a Uti and RN said I don’t have a high white blood cell count and my bacteria is just slightly elevated..What does that mean? Has this happened to anyone else 😬
