7 month little boy and just found out I’m pregnant!

I have a 7 month and today 12/6 I found out I was pregnant. We definitely wasn’t trying. The only way I took a test was because I had some suspicion because my symptoms was the same when i got pregnant with my second.

I need someone to tell me this will be ok.

1) I’m freaking out

2) I’m on pins and needles cause I think something will go wrong. I do believe god is in control and I know everything happens for a reason.

Has anyone ever had kids this close?
