hiv risk or not?

i swallowed my boyfriends cum. he’s a virgin and he’s never been sexually active before, but it only just hit me: what if he contracted something? i’m a hypochondriac. what if he has hiv and doesn’t know? not from a partner i know, but what if he had it at birth? i don’t think his mum has it. don’t pregnant women get tested for it? i’m so scared, it didn’t occur to me. please be nice- i’m terrified. i’ve no symptoms and neither does he. don’t think he’s even considered it. but i overthink things and worry way too much.
