What’s going on with my period?!?!

Can anybody explain what is going on? TMI!!! Normally my periods are very heavy the first couple days, changing my tampons every 2 hours, I’ll have sore boobs, really bad cramps and have period bowel movements, And then for the next few days I’d say it’s more normal. Usually I bleed for about 5 days, and my cycles are very irregular, sometimes I skip a whole month.

This time, I started with 2 days of light spotting on CD 46 and now I’m on my 3rd day of an actual period. It didn’t start out heavy at all and Today its almost gone. I didn’t have any of my usual symptoms, not even cramps. I don’t know the last time I had this easy of a period and it’s concerning. I’d appreciate your thoughts.

We are going on 8 months ttc and hopefully this is a good sign! It’s so hard to know when/if I ovulate when such a unpredictable cycle. Praying this is my month once my period is over and we start trying 🙏
