Bug bites

I have some bites i got a couple nights ago but dont have any other signs of bed bugs I lived with someone who had bed bugs years ago so im familiar with the way they bite so these bites are a bit concerning what else can bite like this an not be bed bugs i haven't gotten any more bites I was outside in shorts the same night i got these around the dog but only for a couple minutes

These are on my knee they itch but are also tender after which never happened in the past

This one is on my arm an has blood spots around it from scratching it an its just on bite
