Question about HSG scheduled...
First of all, I'm super excited to have this infertility treatment ball rolling. I had some BW and a baseline ultrasound done on the 5th, this month which is also strangely day 5 of my cycle. She counted 5 follicles on the right and 9 on the left, and apparently no cyst. I usually have 27-31 day cycles.
So, I have an HSG scheduled for the 10th this month, CD10, however, today, CD7, I tested positive on my CB advance opk, a solid smiley, and I had a positive, almost surging, LH cheapie strip. The only reason I tested so early was because I just bought these expensive opks and wanted to use them as directed, otherwise I usually test much later and get a positive btn CD 12-14, and surge btn CD 13-15. For some reason this cycle is pointing towards early ovulation, CD 8-10, so before my HSG appointment. Is this cycle truly a washout if that's the case?
It would be perfect, if I ovulated after rather than before the HSG, but I seem somehow to precede myself. God's time.💘
