Active Mommas (who already gave birth), did you find the exercise routines you used eased your labor? Did you have complications?

Asking for my own research purposes. I had a smooth first labor, no complications. I was very active walking/running miles, yoga, squats, etc. Second was a different story. I let myself go, wasnt active ate out etc. ended in hypertension, PRE-E, and postpartum hemmorage(close to fatality) went through several transfusions. So now I'm about 18wks pregnant and TERRIFIED for labor. However, I'm monitoring BP and (it's been good🥳) and I have been working on a moderate workout routine. I'm looking for positive birth stories and work out routines(what did you do?)! Or both. This post is not intended to scare anyone, as everyone's experiences are different. Birth is an amazing experience. Just looking for more options maybe and positive outlooks!

**not saying mothers who dont work out or are not active will have complications! I've heard great stories from both.
