Dealing with the anxiety
I am very early in my pregnancy, according to this app 4 weeks tomorrow...I have no real symptoms except maybe tired and feeling hungry more often. I can’t believe I will have to wait until 12 weeks to hear a heartbeat and I don’t know how to stay positive and not full of anxiety during these next 8 weeks! I almost am expecting the worst with no reason to do so. I think that not feeling symptoms worries me and I am looking for some words of advice or positive vibes. Thanks in advance.
