Herbal tea?

So I’m pregnant and drank this tea not knowing it said to ASK DOCTOR BEFORE DRINKING IF PREGNANT😭😭 I was freaking out bc me and my pregnant sister drank it 🤦🏼‍♀️ I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I will be asking my doctor but should this be ok?

I wouldn't stress about it...almost everything (even things that have zero effect on pregnancy) will but that disclaimer on a product to cover themselves from a liability standpoint.  Bring the box with you to your appointment and ask. Even if they say not to drink anymore, unless you've had a ridiculous amount of it, you're most likely going to be okay. Don't stress!!

They put that on literally everything. I wouldn’t worry. Is it peppermint tea you’ve had? That one’s fine 😊 I’ve had it lots this pregnancy.
