Early Conception Symptoms?

So I have a 2 year old, and my S.O. and I have been trying for number #2 since March. I am supposed to get my period in a week, but I have been having weird symptoms. Ever since Friday I have been getting dizzy spells, and nauseous randomly. I also have gotten car sick every day, like can't function with my eyes open. As soon as I get out of the car I'm fine. I also have never gotten car sick unless it's super hot in the vehicle (which isn't the case). The other thing is, with my last pregnancy I had gotten dizzy spells and had bad nausea.

My real question through this is, has anyone else felt all this and had a positive test. Also would it be worth it to test now?
