Nightmares of dad having sex with me...

This is going to sound disturbing.. but I keep having repetitive dreams of my dad raping me or wanting to have sex with me.. I hate it & they are so disturbing to me & I don’t know why i keep having these dreams. I respect my dad & I love him as a dad. He also respects me & we have a great father & daughter bond but nothing like my nightmares. I wish I could stop having them but I don’t know what’s going on 😕 any advice ? no I’ve never been raped before but I am terrified of sexual assault.. could this mean anything or just my stupid head playing horrible things..
