Could I be pregnant? Please help!

So I’m 11 days late for my period have done several pregnancy tests and have been negative but probably haven’t done one for a week or so now. I don’t really have any symptoms apart from my boobs are really heavy and full and I want to eat everything in sight!

But today I’ve just wiped a second ago and I had like a little bit of watery blood like a brownish red colour, what is this? Is it the start of my period or spotting during pregnancy?

I’ve made an appointment with the doctor on Friday to see if I can have a scan or blood test
