Sick siblings

I am having a C-section on Thursday and have been working hard the last few weeks at trying to get and keep my other three kids healthy in time for the baby. My son just developed a fever yesterday. I took him to the doctor hoping it would be something that could be taken care of with antibiotics. No luck. He has some kind of a virus which means that we have to let it run its course. That means that he can't meet the baby when we are at the jospital. I also don't want to exclude him so his sisters can't be there either. I know the important thing is that the baby is healthy and the delivery goes well, but I'm just so disappointed now. I also need to think of a way to make the kids feel more included even without being at the hospital. Just had to get that off of my chest a little bit. 😔
