Eczma! Please help!!!

Does any one have any solutions on fixing eczma?! I only get it on my hand but it is so sore! The skin is cracked, I can't straighten my hand fully as it splits 😭😭😭 I'm in so much pain with it. I use a cream from my GP called Eumovate which clearly doesn't work as have used it for months. Just this month I am having a serious outbreak!
