Should I go to hospital? Possible trigger

I haven't been told I am having a miscarriage but according to my doctor's notes, it is presumed that I am having a missed miscarriage. Anyways, I had an ultrasound done after my doctor put in a referral. The tech did not tell me anything. She said I need to wait for my doctor. Problem is, my doctor won't see me until the 26/27? Around there. She's going on Vacation. I tried to make an appointment with another doctor but there is "nothing available until January." I tried another clinic but the doctor told me I should stick with my current doctor. The last two days or so, I have been having shortness of breath, I have been dizzy, sleepy, lightheaded and nauseous.

I haven't had any bleeding, only a few little cramps here and there and lower back pain. Tmi but I have also had a lot more discharge then usual. To the point where my underwear is wet and I have to check because I think it's blood.

The miscarriage has been presumed since 7 weeks. There has been no growth since 6 weeks and I would technically be 10 weeks this friday. I was thinking of going to the ER after work tomorrow. But then again maybe tonight because I feel horrible. Idk. I don't want to get brushed off.
