Usually only women who have had several miscarriages or fertility issues will have their blood levels checked. It’s not a necessity plus it’s doesn’t confirm your pregnancy is healthy or viable. Your levels can rise appropriately and you could still have a miscarriage or other health issues.

My doctor said they would get me in to track heavily in the beginning but I’ve had multiple losses over the last year.

Never had my levels checked and my first was a mc this time they didn't test as well. Only blood test I got was for STD,drugs, glucose and vitamin levels

To be honest I never had bloodwork done. They just did an ultrasound at my first appointment (I thought I was 10 weeks but turned out to be 8 weeks.).
