Preeclampsia

Anyone been diagnosed with preeclampsia without meeting the 3.0 urine protein test. My levels were 2.9 and my doctor said not to worry but last I was at the hospital they were worried my blood pressure bieng up and now having some major head aches they were saying preeclampsia but now my doctor is saying don’t worry I’m 33 weeks now and his plan is to keep me on blood pressure meds and induce at 37 weeks any thoughts
