Hello Everyone.

I really need some help. For about 3 months my husband and I have been seeing a fertility specialist and there was no sperm found in my husband semen analysis twice. So today the urologist came up with a course of action for us which is to go in and do a sperm extraction. He explained that the extraction is not covered by our BCBS health insurance and the extraction will cost $5000 that would have to be paid up front. They prescribed him Clomid to try and Increase the count. My question to u guys are what do we do!?? How do I keep him and myself encouraged? What if we Pay for the extraction And they don’t find anything! And why prescribe the Clomid if they are just going to do the extraction anyways?
