I need some help please !

My baby was born ealry and was in the nicu for two weeks then in the hospital the next week for another two weeks with rsv. He has a heart defect called vsd and scoliosis. I want to breastfeed him so bad he will be my last baby and I couldn't breastfeed my twins I really don't want to miss this bonding experience. When I try to put him to my breast he rutes his head around all crazy and gets so mad i have flat nipples also I just don't know what to do to get him to latch. I don't have access to a lactation consultant right now maybe you moms out there can give me some advice I would really appreciate it I have tried nipple shields but he hates them so anything else please let me know thank you 👏🏻
