Period After Pregnancy

Hello!

I’m a FTM and my son was born 3 weeks early on 6/3/19. He just turned 6 months old and I stopped bleeding after birth around 3 weeks PP.

Around 3 months PP I got what I assume to be my first period. I spotted for a day and then had a light flow for 4 days. Then 4 weeks later I had spotting for a day and then another light flow for 4 days. Then 3 weeks later I spotted and had another light flow for 3 days. Then a week later spotted for 3 days. Then another week later I spotted for 5 days. Then another week and a half later I spotted for 4 days. Then another week and a half later (which is now) I have been spotting/light bleeding for 4 days now with cramps. Sometimes during these spottings and light flows I have cramps and sometimes I don’t.

Is all of this normal???
