Monster in laws

So I have a bad predicament my husband and I are in. So we’re 19 and married with an almost one year old we live with his parents as of now but we want to get our own place. Now his family owns a family buisness and I currently work for them and he used to but now he got a new higher paying job. Theyre upset because he got a better job and that it pays better but isn’t that what they want I’m not gonna lie they pay us under minimum wage so of course it’s way better than what they were paying us they think it’s okay to pay us that little because we live with them which isn’t right because we still work our asses off for more than 40 hours a week just to get paid crap. Now that’s not the only reason we want to leave they literally find any little thing to complain about. We clean up after ourselves and them and their kids and they still complain. I’m depressed living there because there’s always an argument with them also. Now when we told them we were looking at apartments they threw a fit and told us we can’t afford an apartment and bills yet with my husbands new job he’ll be making over $3000 a month plus what I get paid. I’m also considering quitting and getting a new job for better pay but I know it’s going to start drama because I’m quitting their family buisness but it’s not worth it in my point of view. His dad thinks we should stay with them longer till we’re ready but I’m tired of the fighting. Do you guys think we should move ASAP or stay?
