Latching to the breast and pumping/building a stash

Allison

My daughter was born 11/24 and has had some issues latching from the beginning. I can't seem to figure out how to hold her and when I do she ends up just wanting to play with my nipple as opposed to eating. She was losing weight and to try and avoid needing to supplement with formula I began pumping to make sure she was getting enough to eat. I still want to be able to feed her from the breast and I'm unsure of how I might be able to get her to latch better. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, I have been pumping basically for every feeding she has and haven't been able to figure out how to begin to build a freezer stash. Could someone potentially give me some advice on hoe to begin building a freezer stash for when I have to go back to work next month? Thanks!
