If you’re BF, how well do you eat?

I’m sitting here eating a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and feeling so guilty😭 how well do you guys eat?? Do you still take your prenatals?

I take my prenatals and I try to eat good but it doesn’t happen I eat like crap lol. I just ate two hot dogs and 3 chocolate chip cookies for lunch lol

*Shoves chicken nuggets and whopper in mouth* I eat like trash like once a week. Other than that I eat fairly sensibly most days. I haven't been taking my prenatal as faithfully as I should.

Omg I ate horrible!! Then I started back working and now I'm eating almost a vegetarian diet because I meal prep and sub beans for the meat and lots of veggies, fruit and oats every morning, and carnation breakfast shake daily, prenatals, oceans mom omega 3 supplement. I feel so much better! I also only drink water, about 128 ounces a day. I only eat bad when I dont meal prep as I've come to realize 😜

For supplements I take DHA, b12, vitaminD and a mega dose of vitamin c daily. I eat okay. I definitely eat pizza and stuff like that from time to time but I do typically eat green vegetables daily. I’d say I have a good balance between healthy and treating myself🤷🏼‍♀️

I take prenatal but I eat whatever. I would say moderately healthy. Mostly stuff from home but I eat sweets once a day, pizza every week, toast for breakfast a lot. I just try to make sure I still eat fruits and veggies every day (though I don’t always know the weekend) to even it out!

I still take my prenatals and I do my best to eat healthy but it doesn’t always happen for me, especially during the week when I’m working full time. I just do the best I can 🤷🏼‍♀️ if it makes you feel better, I ate a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin for breakfast yesterday 😂

I definitely still take prenatals! My Dr told me to continue taking them as long as I breastfeed. 
I would say I eat decently. I probably eat fast food about once a week but I'm backing off of that. I try to make a big smoothie for breakfast every morning but honestly, I don't eat a whole lot.
