4 Month Regression
4 month sleep regression is kicking our butt. Suggestions?!?
So she was going to sleep no problem between 8 and 9 and sleeping until 5-6am with no wake ups (she has been doing this since 2 months!). Now here we are at almost 10pm with hardly any naps today and she won’t go to sleep 😫 She is still in our room in a pack and play and was previously sleeping in it just fine, now she goes down and within 5-10 minutes is screaming. The only thing I’ve found that helps put her to sleep where she STAYS asleep is bringing her into bed with me. But I don’t want to make this something she needs to be able to sleep bc I need to be able to put her to bed and still have my time before I go to sleep. How do I survive the sleep regression without starting bad habits that will be harder to break in the long run?
And if you don’t have suggestions please just tell me I’m not alone 😴
