FTM NEED ADVICE

So for weeks I’ve been having on and off back and tummy cramps they hurt pretty badly. So about a month ago I went to labor and delivery and tested positive for FFN.. fast forward last night.. I thought my water may be leaking because my underwear were getting pretty wet on and off so I went in and got checked I wasn’t leaking luckily and they nurses said I didn’t feel dilated at all, well this morning comes and I’m still feeling ok and off cramping and for the last 3 days I’ve had tons of diarrhea I’ll start to cramp badly then run to bathroom last night I lost a part of my mucas plug and when I woke up today I lost more of it. On top of everything all day today I’ve been SUPER SOAKED down there with clear with discharge And my cramping in my lower back is not consistent it’s just on and off randomly? But my baby still seems pretty high up but I’ve had lots of pressure down there and I’ve allready gone diarrhea 3 times today alone.. my question is can I even be close to labor and have these issues? I’m only 32 weeks and we’ve been concerned my pregnancy that she’ll come early for some reasons. The other thing that freaks me out is when I’m at the doctors and I’m hooked up I can’t feel my contractions they always ask me “hey can u feel that one it’s pretty intense” but I never feel them so how am I suppose to time them if I don’t even realize I’m having them? Should I be concerned I’m gonna go into labor soon or am I good y’all think?
