9 month old teething fever

Just started tonight he’s been warm past few days and it’s pretty cold around this time but hes 5th and 6th teeth are coming in a little harsher and slower than the other 2 I think they’re effecting him a little different seems to me he has around a 99 fever... very warm on the forehead and neck area everywhere else is room temp...playful and normal doesn’t seem to be cranky or constantly crying just biting and getting nutty when it. Comes to getting things in his mouth (teething toys, ect.) he also has little bruising by the tooth that looks to be coming in next but I was told by multiple people it looked normal. My first baby I’m so paranoid about everything lol
