39 weeks pregnant !
I’m 39 weeks it’s my first baby and I’m bearly dialted to 1cm how do I know when I’m having contractions, what do they feel like and do you keep dilating an then your water breaks or it doesn’t matter how far your dialted to your water can break anytime ??
Also what did you do to speed up your dilation I’m so over being pregnant it hurts
