Sudden racing heart/dizziness/shakiness

I’m 30w+4- just had an ultrasound today and regular OB checkup, all looked perfect.

I made dinner tonight for my toddler and I, and got this wave of dizziness/lightheadedness. My heart started racing and my vision went weird- not necessarily blurry but everything I looked at was moving. I felt super disoriented and started getting really shaky so I called my husband thinking I was going to pass out. I took my pulse and it was 130 (my usual is 80-90) I went to the couch and laid there until he got home. I’m feeling slightly better now but still feel dizzy and weak. Has this happened to anyone else? I was super worried because it came on suddenly. No contractions and baby is still moving like normal too.

I’m downing water and laying down which is seeming to help, or else I’d be on the phone with my doctor/going to ER. I’m not dehydrated and had been eating frequently today.
