How much is Lupron, Estrace, PIO? And are they usually covered under insurance?

Nothing was covered by my insurance 🤦🏻‍♀️.  PIO was about $50 per 10 ml bottle.

My Estrace and PIO were covered by my insurance so I only had a copay on those. (Varies by pharmacy- cheapest I found was $15.00) 
Lupron was not. I went to Avella Pharmacy for both the Lupron trigger and two week kit. My trigger was 129.00 and the two week kit was 449.00. 
It really just depends on your insurance company, honestly. You should be able to call and confirm.

My estrace, PIO and endometrin was covered by the insurance. I had a co-pay all together about 25$ but that’s because my deductible has been paid in full. Otherwise it’s very expensive.
