Sleep schedule with daycare

My husband and I are trying to get our son on a schedule so that he can hopefully 🤞🏻 start sleeping through the night. We stick to a consistent schedule on the weekends but then he goes to daycare and they just let him sleep whenever. Anyone have any tips or are we just stuck?
