Help I’m worried

I got a faint positive test yesterday at 10 DPO and today I went to the bathroom and had light red bleeding. My period due 12/20/19 and I’m worried I could be having an chemical pregnancy. I just suffered an miscarriage 9/13/19. I can’t do it again. Help.
