Calculating period days
Hi ladies! Stupid but serious question, are you supposed to count day 1 as your period if you’re only spotting, and maybe have 1 gush of bleeding, or do you wait and count it as the next day when you’re full on bleeding? I’m supposed to start my Letrozole day 5-9 and want to make sure!
