PLEASE HELP!!

Okay I had unprotected sex December 8th but he pulled out in plenty of time and cummed on my stomach. I am on the pill and I take it every day at the same time and I even doubled up. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I am 2 days late for my period and I am feeling weird and have lost all of my appetite. I think I’m stressed and anticipating my period. Am I pregnant? Am I okay?
