Ok.. honest opinions eveyone

Okay, so my toddler (2 years and 4 months) was playing with his cousin. He kept taking her baby doll. He was obsessed with it(he loves babies) He would eventually give her it back after we asked him a few times. But he kept taking it but would also keep giving it back. Is this normal behavior ?

Also. He doesn’t listen well and was sitting on his cousin(by accident I’m sure)

Is he more rough or doesn’t listen well cuz he’s a boy ? I need opinions.

And my husband is saying he needs to be around more kids.. asking why does his 19 month old girl cousin listen better than him (he has alittle brother, but is only 7 months old)

Is this normal behavior he’s acting like or is my husband right ?
