Nose jewelry
So I’ve had my nose pierced 3 times now just a regular stud. The first two I developed a keloid and tried everything to get rid of it and nothing worked so I took them out . Well 2 days ago I got my nose pierced again and have been using a saline solution, the only thing worrying me is that it seems as if it were sinking in. If I touch the jewelry it’s almost at the same level as my skin. Is this normal? What should I do?
