Bleeding After Sex

Every time I have sex (unless we have heavy foreplay and I am fingered a LOT) I end up in extreme pain for the first minute and sometimes end up bleeding heavily.

This time, I am basically at the end of my period (where the blood is brown and basically non-existent, which is why my partner and I had sex) and we did a modified doggy. It hurt like fuck at first but then I assumed it was fine because it stopped hurting. No blood on the condom. But then a bit after I started bleeding a lot, and I have been non-stop for the past 5 hours (as of posting) last time I bled, I did not bleed for so long (3 hours at most) and I am so anxious, like I can’t sleep.

Is there something wrong? I’m going to see a gyno with a friend soon but I need some kind of answer now as I’m freaking out.
