Terrible 2s

Is there any other mamas that gone through the terrible twos. My son is 2 1/2 years old will be 3 next month. An here lately he has been whining about anything an everything. I’m not sure what could be wrong. But than after that he will be fine. This is my first time dealing with it. I was just wondering if any moms out there of boys deal with bad attitudes an whining an will it go away lol. I love my son but it drives me crazy sometimes. I just want to know what I could do to help him. An he also has a sister who is almost 10 months old. Could he be acting out because of her ?? Any advice could help
