In SHOCK

Hi ladies, I have been trying for years , ivf etc etc to have a baby with hubby. We l9st twins last year and I decided we needed a break and I needed to lose weight. So, 11 weeks ago I had gastric sleeve. I've lost 20kg and my diet has totally changed. Any way I have been really really sick this past two weeks. Turns out after all the crazy crap of trying , after having sex just once I have fallen pregnant. 🤔🤔🤔. I have PCOS and my periods are not regular so I had to scan date my pregand it came back 6 weeks. Im now 6 weeks 2 days. Heart beat 112. It is not as fast as I would like. And I honestly can't recall if it was that long ago we had sex. Or if was further from that time. I go back next week for another scan to check growth etc. I am happy But at the same time after losing so many I'm cautious. My hcg was 9750 and my morning sickness is through the roof. I'm utterly lost and confused. I'm heart sore. Now I have heard the heart beat I'm smitten. This has been a really crazy week!
