What should I do?

So this guy seems to like me all of my friends notice it too, but I don’t like him back. He’s been talking to my like every chance he gets which I didn’t think much of at first cause we have always talked to each other in a friendly way but have never hung out or anything like that , but then I noticed he liked me more than in a friend way. I think he’s a great person but I don’t see myself dating him . Should I say something to him about it so I don’t lead him on by accident cause I don’t want to hurt his feelings more than I have to. I have his snapchat so I could text him about it so he’s not embarrassed at school or I could talk to him at school. I sit next to him in a class and he always asks what I’m doing, how I’m doing then, we just start talking about random things that you don’t normally talk with someone about if you are aren’t that close of friends. Or should I just let it play out and see what happens. He’s at least liked me for a month now but hasn’t told me he likes me. Does anyone have any advice on what to do???
