Trapped gas

So here I am dealing with trapped gas for over a week now and I decided to call inaudible cause I just couldn’t take it anymore lol so I popped 2 tums now I’m laid up on the couch letting loose and stomach going down down down cause lord knows I have felt like a ballon. As great as it feels to let loose it’s annoying that it’s taking so long to get it all out 😫 hopefully I get a lot more relief soon gas bloat and constipation my goodness my daughter did not make me this gassy and bloated
