What is your pumping schedule?

Question

I want to start freezing breastmilk aside for my daughter when she turns older especially when she starts teething more or when she hits 12mo old. 
How much milk should I be pumping at a time? At frequency? How much milk does 12+ mo usually have a day? When did you wean off breastfeeding? Any tips helps really, never did this before! I am afraid of messing up supply because I do still plan to keep breastfeeding now for baby's health benefit.

My daughter is 8months old. She got distracted at 2 1/2months old so I went to pumping while she was awake and nursing her at night or early morning when she is asleep. When I first started I was pumping 7 times a day that included one night time pump. At about 4 months I dropped my night pump and now put 5 times a day 7:30am 11am 2pm 5:30pm and 10pm(after nursing her) I typically pump around 8-13oz on my 7:30am pump and about 5-6oz on the rest of them. I usually end up with about 25-32oz a day. I have built a very good freezer stock 
This picture was from August and I have since donated approximately 600oz and have a freezer fuller than this picture.  My daughter was in the 65% for weight at her 6month check up

My bubs is 8 months at the moment he has 4 feeds a day and 3 lots of solids 180ml per bottle first feed is breastfed I suggest breastfeed first then pump straight after every feed to up supply and freeze what you have collected for a few weeks once your supply has increased it will make it easier to just pump a couple of times a day say morning and night to get a good freezer stock 
But keep in mind once your supply is up and you eventually want to stop breastfeeding you will need to slowly decrease the amount you pump while still breastfeeding because you really do not want mastitis

I never pumped (I couldn't) but I breastfed till 26 months a only weaned because I was 5.5 months pregnant and didn't want to tandem nurse. Why not continue breastfeeding?
