Shared toddler room help

So my 3yo and 1 yo share a master bedroom suite ( giant bedroom, bathroom, walk in closet) they have kind of a “crayola” colorful bedroom and they are upgrading from toddler beds to twin beds. My son had a paw patrol and my daughter a Minnie Mouse. I’m trying to decide on bedding, should I do a solid bright color bedsheet And pillowcase witha white blanket on top or something else? These are some of the stuff they have in there room to get an idea.
