Can’t stop worrying about having a Chemical

I had a chemical in July. I knew it was going to happen, I just knew it my heart it was too weak to begin with. I had absolutely no symptoms and all my positive pg tests were super super faint barely noticeable (& yes I know darkness of the line doesn’t determine anything) so a couple days ago, I got another positive. Took multiple tests and the second line is very dark and I actually have symptoms this time. Praying this one sticks💜
