Do we have to wait?

I’m taking letrozole and hopefully triggering early next week (doctors appointment Monday). Is it necessary to abstain from BD until after the trigger/when our RE tells us to or is it ok to BD leading up to the trigger?

If you don’t have male factor, you can bd as much as you want until trigger.

Last month I didn't trigger until CD15, but my RE said to start BDing CD10 and at least every 3 days, hopefully more often.

You’ll def want to bd, the longest you want to wait is 2-4 days or the sperm quality isn’t as good.
