Episiotomy
Anyone else have a pretty nasty tear/episiotomy? My doc was stitching me up for a long time and I’m quite sore. I haven’t looked down there at all. I’m only like 36 hours out from delivery but I’m terrified of my recovery down there & especially bowel movements... looking for support/encouragement/advice
